Portable Storage

Q. How long can I store it at my place?
A. You can store it at your place for as long as you want. There is no time limit.

Q. If I store it at my place, where can it go?
A. You can store it wherever you like inside your property, providing our delivery system has access. In most areas you can also place your box on the nature strip or in a car space in the street if allowed by your local authority.

Q. If I store it at your place, how can I get access to it?

A. You can access your unit, by appointment, Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm with only 48 hours notice.

Q. If I store it at your place, do I need to book ahead to get access to my unit?
A. Yes, we only require 48 hours notice.

Q. Can I store the gobox on the street or nature strip?
A. That is something you will need to check with your local authority, however in most areas portable storage is permissible.

Q. Do you offer insurance on portable storage?
A. Yes, insurance is available when storing at our facility. If storing at your place insurance is available in South Australia. If stored at your place in Victoria you will need to check with your home insurance policy.

Q. Do you have packing supplies?
A. Yes, we can deliver the unit with packing supplies so that you can get started right away. Talk to one of our portable storage consultants to determine what you need.

Q. How much can I load into a gobox unit?
A. Please note that 3000kg is the maximum weight that can be loaded into a gobox unit. If the weight maximum is exceeded, gobox cannot transport or relocate the gobox unit until the contents weight is less than 3000kg.

Billing, Booking and Ordering Portable Storage

Q. When can you deliver the portable storage unit?
A. Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm.

Q. When can you pick up the portable storage unit?
A. Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm.

Q. How do I book a truck to move the portable storage unit?
A. You simply need to call 1300 668 688 or email and we will pickup your unit within 48 hours. You can also book pickup in advance.

Q. What payment options do you have?
A. You can pay for your portable storage box with cash, cheque and most major credit cards. You pay on a month to month basis.

Q. Refunds and Returns Policy
A. gobox units are rented for periods of 1 month. No rent will be refunded for part monthly rental, eg 2 weeks. Deposit will not be refunded if delivery is cancelled within 24 hours.

Q. Delivery Timeframe
A. Delivery of the gobox portable storage unit will occur between 9am - 5pm on the day requested. No deliveries of the portable storage units will be made on weekends or after hours unless previously authorised.

Q. Credit Card Security
A. Gobox Mobile storage uses SiteLink Web Edition which is in full compliance with SAS 70 Type II. SAS 70 Type II has become the highest standard of controls as they relate to financial and data security, reporting, and monitoring. Rest assured your credit card details are highly protected.
