Recently we had a customer who called to advise us that they had just come back from overseas and were in self-isolation. Settlement of their new house happened whilst they were away on holidays and they now required the 3 gobox’s to be delivered so that they could start packing up their home while self-isolating.
We were able to offer them a completely contact-free solution to suit their situation.
It began with us sending them an aerial view of their property. We then asked them to let us know where on the property they would like the gobox’s placed. The drivers were made aware of the situation and should they need to contact the customer they could do so by phone, but the owners would stay inside the house.
All three gobox’s were delivered the same day with no issues, which goes to show how we can operate under these circumstances without the need to be customer facing.
The overall process involved a little extra work from the office staff but with the teamwork of everyone at gobox Mobile Storage, it makes me proud as Warehouse Manager to know that we are happy to adapt and change to provide continuous service especially under these unprecedented conditions.

The team at GoBox were super helpful for us, scaling with us as we grew our business. They always went out of their way to help with getting new boxes to site, storing boxes we didn't need at the time and rotating them back through again when needed. This service is excellent from the start. Moving, as you know can be very stressful, but, with gobox's help, we have found the move to be a little less stressful and much easier to plan.
