• Pack carefully and leave air space around the perimeter to aid ventilation.
• Use all the available space, especially height.
• Don’t lean items against the walls.
• Place frequently used goods near the door for easy access.

• Place protection on concrete floors for mattresses, soft furnishings and books.
• Position soft cloths or cardboard underneath mattresses, couches, boxes and beds.

• Place large, heavy, stackable and valuable items at the rear, then work forwards and upwards with lighter, fragile items.
• Check everything is stacked safely and not too high – falling items can injure you or be damaged.

• Stand long items such as mattresses, beds and table tops on their edges along the walls.

• Totally enclose mattresses and soft furnishings in our specially designed Mattress and Lounge covers.
• Where possible, store couches on their ends to maximise space (except sofa beds).

• Wrap mirrors and pictures in bubble wrap or use mirror boxes – never store them flat.
• Keep them upright and protected between softer items such as mattresses or bed bases.

• Clean fridges and freezers and keep their doors slightly ajar.
• Ensure freezers and fridges are completely defrosted and washing machines fully drained.
• Use the space inside them for extra storage.

• Make the most of the space inside wardrobes, cupboards, desks and other furniture for extra storage.

• Pack anything you might need into the gobox last, so it sits near the doors (e.g. golf clubs).
• Keep important documents, passports, keys, glasses and remotes together in one box near the door.

• Label all boxes on every side for easy locating.

• Maximum load is 3,000kg per gobox unit; we can't transport or relocate an overloaded unit until it's reduced.
