When you book, let us know the street, where visitors park and whether there’s a driveway, loading area or forecourt. A photo helps.
A ground-level, open-air space: a driveway, a visitor car space, a loading bay or the street outside. Underground and basement car parks aren’t suitable because the truck can’t enter them.
Bring your belongings down and pack the unit at ground level. The doors open wide and the floor sits low, so there’s no lifting onto a truck bed.
Lock the unit with your padlock and we take it to our secure warehouse. It comes back to you — or to your next address — when you’re ready.

Lease dates rarely line up. Storage fills the gap.
Your current lease ends on Friday and the new keys aren’t available until the following week. Rather than moving everything to a friend’s garage and then moving it again, pack your gobox before you leave, have it collected, and arrange delivery to your new building when you’re in.

Yes, as long as there’s a ground-level, open-air spot the truck can reach — a driveway, visitor car space, loading area or the street outside. Send us your address and we’ll confirm.
No. The delivery truck needs about 2.6m of height clearance and can’t enter underground car parks. The unit is placed at ground level outside the building instead.
If the unit will sit on common property such as a shared driveway, forecourt or visitor space, check with your owners corporation or building manager first. Street placement is a council matter rather than a building one.
In most areas, yes, with a permit from your local council. Our team can tell you what applies at your address.
That depends on where the unit is placed. On your own driveway or property you can take as long as you like; on the street or in a shared space we’ll agree a collection date with you when you book.
