The storage box (albeit ordered one size too large) was in very good condition and spotless inside. The pad lock was brand new in the package and included a very clean (perhaps new) furniture blanket. So far a top shelf experience.

Our whole GoBox experience was excellent. Customer service and support was next level - all staff went above and beyond to make our moving process as easy and smooth as possible. Nothing was too hard and they were so helpful in talking through the logistics - using their experience to provide suggestions which is so helpful when your brain is so full! The boxes came and went exactly as planned and we were advised of the movements prior to each move every time.
