We contacted Go Box on Monday afternoon & the box was on site on Wednesday! Allie and the team are highly professional & friendly. The service was outstanding. What an amazing family business. It has made moving house very simple!
The whole process went very smoothly. From initial contact to delivery of box and subsequent pick up all excellent. Helpful, with good communication. Great team!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND - made moving easy, great customer service and very reasonable pricing. Moving houses but with a two week gap between settlements, this made it so simple! I would recommend gobox to anyone, regardless of a need for storage. You can have this dropped off at your current house and pack it for a week or two, then transported to your new home worry free. We loaded a 3 bed home with lots of shed items (tools, camping, garden etc) into the large container - though we didn't load our couch nor our bed as we took it with us for our gap period. If you have a full 3 bed home with lots of shed items, a large and small might do the job!
Amazing!! Communication in the lead up to the gobox arriving was great, but the delivery and pickup service was outstandingly easy and stress free. Ashley was very helpful and offered options onsite, I am extremely impressed. Would recommend and use again for sure.
Gobox was so professional and got the box delivered on the same day that i rang and organised it. Alex was so understanding and went out of her way to help me at the last minute. Well done.
