For most students that’s far more than one room’s worth, so housemates often share a single unit. Beds, desks, a fridge, a couch, bikes and a wall of boxes all go in together, and the monthly storage fee gets split between you.
You pack at your own pace at the house — no van to hire, no driving across town to a facility, no carrying furniture up a ramp. When it’s locked, we collect the whole unit and store it in our secure warehouse. When the next lease starts, we deliver it to the new address.

When you have your next address, arrange a delivery date and the unit arrives packed exactly as you left it. If your plans change and you need storage for another semester, nothing needs to be re-booked: storage simply continues month to month.

As long as you need. Storage is month to month with no lock-in contract, so a six-week lease gap and a full year overseas are both fine.
Yes. One person books the unit and you split the cost between you however you like. A Medium generally holds the contents of a 1–2 bedroom home.
Yes. We need a ground-level spot the truck can reach — a driveway, a car space or the street outside (a council permit may be needed for street placement). See apartment storage for what works at apartment buildings.
Yes. Give us 48 hours’ notice and visit your unit at our warehouse during access hours.
Yes. Tell us the new address when you book the return delivery. We deliver anywhere in our Melbourne delivery area, and can move units to Adelaide too.
Book delivery as early as you can, especially at the end of semester and around lease changeover dates. We need 7 days’ notice to collect a packed unit.
Anything perishable, flammable or hazardous — food, plants, fuel, gas bottles and chemicals. Each unit has a 3,000kg load limit.
