Our whole GoBox experience was excellent. Customer service and support was next level - all staff went above and beyond to make our moving process as easy and smooth as possible. Nothing was too hard and they were so helpful in talking through the logistics - using their experience to provide suggestions which is so helpful when your brain is so full! The boxes came and went exactly as planned and we were advised of the movements prior to each move every time. The house we moved out of had a tricky driveway but they just got stuck in and got the job done without any fuss. The process was clear and the staff were kind. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend! Moving house is challenging but GoBox made it a much calmer process. Thank you so much :)
