If you choose to store with us and for any reason you need to access your gobox, please be aware of the following:
*Lost keys? A locksmith will need to organised to come remove and replace the gobox lock at your expense. Note: if gobox is stored with us this can only be arranged during access hours and 24 hours notice is required.
When you have finished with your gobox, either it's empty and you wish to return it, you have finished packing and need us to store it for you or you have arranged a relocation from property A to property B, we request at least 7 business days notice to ensure that we can collect the box on your preferred date, easily working in with you and your schedule.

Alex at Gobox has been absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me, especially when I needed a second container organised at the last minute. Nothing was too much trouble, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The containers are clean and secure. The flooring is fantastic; even, smooth and again, very clean. I hired straps and blankets and the ones provided looked brand new. The container is exactly what I needed to store my furniture and belongings. I feel that my items are in safe hands. Thank you Gobox — and especially Alex — for making this process so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing storage in Adelaide.
